Brooklyn rapper, songwriter and producer Theophilus London, has spent the past few years making a name for himself across the local rap and hip-hop scene throughout New York City. With the release of his new single, "Humdrum Town" (which can be seen & downloaded below) Theophilus has been grabbing media attention all across the nation. With the release of his first mixtape, "JAM!" Theophilus developed his image and created himself, supplying his fans with a project full of 20 original songs. "JAM!" claimed to be one of the most impressive projects and sadly, the most over-looked mixtape of 2008. "This Charming Mixtape" didn't prove to be as impressive as "Jam!" however, it showed that Theophilus London is still learning & developing. Theophilus London is highly capable of delivering a lyrical punch, unique sound and goes forth to present his fans with another enjoyable album. Theophilus London tells a story of his melancholy dance-jam, “Humdrum Town,” as a failed second effort between a couple to reignite their short-lived affair in a small, sleepy town.
