Hailing from Blooomington, Minnesota, 22 year old Dylan Smith has been shaking up with Midwest under his hip-hop alias "MOD SUN." His first LP titled "I'll Buy Myself" features 11 songs, all of which were original beats made by MOD SUN himself. The songs were written and recorded over a eight month span in 2008. Each track was independently recorded and produced by Mod Sun. A self accomplishment in itself, Mod Sun has been going through his daily grind, mixing and making more music then ever before. MOD SUN has released his first mixtape titled "Let Ya Teeth Show" in July 2009. It features 11 solid new songs, including the heavily loved track "No Girlfriend." The project features so called 'party-anthems,' 'dreams-come-true,' 'get high' tracks and really encompasses what MOD SUN is all about. Since then, MOD SUN has learned from experience and developed as an artist, pushing forth his latest project, "How To Make A MOD SUN" which includes 17 new songs and remixes. The latest mixtape samples beats from Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA," Alicia Keys' "It Doesn't Mean Anything," Keri Hilsons' "Knock Me Down," and Owl City's' hit single, "Fireflies."

It was no longer just a hobby or a pastime, but a legitimate means to an end, and a potential future. Since then, Emilio Rojas has approached his art with witty flows, potent lyrics, and vicious rhyme schemes. Emilio has thus earned the respect of his peers, and a reputation as someone who shines in today's competitive hip-hop environment.

Canterbury - Thank You

Canterbury is a five piece band consisting of college graduates, James, Luke, Ben, Mike, Scott. These five individuals have come together to write and record all of the material on their debut album independently. With this album being in the works for over 2 years now, Canterbury has decided to release their LP, 'Thank You' over the internet absolutely free! The band has come forth and produced an album that's worth noting. A standout track from the their debut album, 'Thank You' comes in the form of their lead single “Set You Right.” Throughout the single Canterbury compiles all of what makes 'Thank You' great by supplying heavy guitar riffs, catchy hooks, danceable percussion lines and memorable vocal singalongs. Mick Boogie & Adele - 1988

Adele’s album, "19" set trends and created influences in the pop, rock and music scene all across the world. Taking notice, Mick Boogie utilized Adele's talent and combined the vocals of "19" with the hip-hop beats and influences of the late 1980's (which is arguably noted as hip-hop’s golden age). Mick Boogie has commenced to put together a mixtape that's far from a mash-up of her album, "19" but poses as a complete reinterpretation of it.
